The SaniForce 12:1 Sanitary Drum Unloader features an on-demand workflow capability and can be taken apart quickly for applications that require frequent sanitation. Ideal for materials up to 1,000,000 cps when used with a priming piston.
- Evacuation rates of up to 8.5 gpm (32 lpm), running at 60 cpm
- 1,200 psi (83 bar, 8.3 MPa), outlet pressure
- One size follower plate and seal to accommodate straight-sided and tapered drums
- Sanitary flange clamps for quick disassembly
- Available in priming piston version for pumping materials up to 1,000,000 cps, from 55-gallon containers, without diluting the material
- Suitable to pump products such as: fruit paste, heavy peanut butter, carmel, corn syrup, creamy candy filling, tomato paste and cosmetics
